We need a dynamic Community Manger for 88 units. This is a full-time position. On site living is not required. You must have some Property Management experience.
The ideal candidate will possess great leasing/closing/communication skills, must be friendly, dependable and enjoy providing quality customer service. Must be a team player, a hard worker, have a professional appearance/demeanor, well organized, posses good math & writing skills, self motivated/outgoing and able to use good judgment.
Duties include: answering phone, touring prospective residents, leasing apartments, processing applications, advertising, processing rent checks, follow up on traffic, perform market surveys, knowledge of Yardi is a plus, complete move in/move out paperwork and basic admin/office duties.
