Managing the communication between the support department and the players you will be responsible for adding to the community, generating a stronger bond amongst the player base, creating strategies to support the fan sites and forums, establishing and supporting in game events and so much more.
This role requires a creative mind to deal with the marketing, brand management and PR with some experience in one or all three of the mentioned sectors. Industry and competitor knowledge is a must as well as first class communication skills and a proven track record in people management.
